Well, our fears were all allayed and then some! Not only did Susan do a stellar job with the dog, but she also kept in touch with us texting pictures and even short videos so we knew what was happening and how they were faring. We have booked Susan for our next getaways, are telling our friends about what a wonderful experience this was for our pet and us!

She is excellent with communication, tracks you down for your specific timing leaving the home, and makes sure you are back home to care for your animals. Even sends videos of your pets while you are away so you know they are having fun which helps with the homesick missing your animal feelings! I can’t recommend her enough if you want peace of mind while you are away.

Most importantly, our pooch didn’t even seem to miss us. In our interactions with Susan, she is both professional and warm-hearted. Our senior girl requires medication every 12 hours to manage her medical condition. Susan was able to get her to take her medicine and keep her healthy and happy. Our young border collie can be a challenge because of her youth and her anxiety over change and strangers. Susan managed to get our baby to trust her, which is no small feat! Susan stays with the animals and makes them feel safe in their home. I highly recommend Susan if you are in need of pet-sitter.

She gathers lots of pertinent information about the cats and the cat-slave (me) in case of emergency. She spent lots of time with my kitties and sent me photos and a quick note every other day to let me know how everyone was getting along. I felt very comfortable while away on my vacation knowing that Susan has the experience and can take care of situations that could arise. I have two young orange cat brothers and she was able to keep them entertained, fed, and brushed. They were super happy to see me when I got back but they keep asking me to go away for a little while so they can see Susan again! I highly recommend Susan.
