Currently all services are available in Aptos, Capitola, Soquel, Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley. We will be expanding so if you do not see your area? Contact us here and management will think how we can help or provide trusted referral. We offer a simple, yet easy to use high-tech scheduling app called Time To Pet.

All you need to do is create your client portal within the TTP. What you provide will allow IB Pet Sitting® management to have a clear understanding of what pet care services you need to keep your pet healthy and happy.

Once you have created your client portal, you can request a Meet and Greet!

The complimentary Meet and Greet consultation with IB Pet Sitting® management is required and gives us the opportunity to go over all things related to your pet and home.

The Meet and Greet can be booked once you have completed the information requested about you, your pets and added your credit card. If the client has additional instructions, pet on new medication, or adding a new pet to the household or would like to meet on of our IB Pet Sitter, then the client will need to book the service called: Second Meeting with Client.

Once your pets’ profile has been created, and our agreements have been read and signed, we welcome you as an IB Pet Sitting® client! So, click the button and we will meet you soon!

Reservations

Clients can request services, send messages to management, place reservations for overnight pet sitting and review your upcoming bookings.

Conversation With Your Pet Sitter and Management

Send a message directly to the IBpetsitter scheduled to visit your pet and a benefit to using our app, management has access to all communications to ensure excellent service.

Report Cards and Pictures

Our client’s favorite is that they receive a message and photos at the conclusion of each Pop-in visit or Dog-walk. You’ll never have to worry how your pets are doing.

Book and Pay Invoices

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and when we accept a booking request, the credit card on file will be charged. If we post the booking for you, we will email the invoice to and then your credit card on file will then be charged.

Becoming a clients

Pet owners would do anything to keep their cherished pet happy and healthy. So when you make plans for an extended weekend trip, or much longer, hiring a professional Pet-sitter from IB Pet Sitting® you will know that your pets will be well taken care of, in fact, quite spoiled while you’re away!

We require new clients to book a Meet and Greet and there is a fee. This visit is most important for you, your pet and your soon to be IB Pet Sitter. Your IB Pet Sitter will come to your residence and offered on weekdays and weekends. This meeting gives us both the opportunity to discuss all your pet’s needs. Most importantly, it allows the IB Pet Sitter to meet your pet(s) before any services are booked. We care for your pet when you need to leave for a day, a few days or when traveling for an extended length of time. We will keep your pet safe, well-loved, a little spoiled and content at home, in their familiar surrounding.
