MEET OUR IBPETSITTERS
Our goal at IBpetsitting is to provide our clients and pets with exceptional pet care service.
IBpetsitting supports our clients’ needs for pet care, by offering services, such as, Overnight House and Pet Sitting, Cat care visits and Dog-walking and services for small animals. Our goal is to offer the best in pet care, so that you can worry less while you’re away at work or on a two-week vacation or away much longer escape.
IBpetsitting will never cancel your requested for pet-care since we have a team of IBpetsitters’ available. However, limits have been set into place during major holiday-zones and recommend avoiding disappointment to book far in advance.
When you book with IBpetsitting we always have two IBpetsitters who know your pets and should there be an occasion, when the assigned IBpetsitter has an emergency, we have a back-up plan in place. The IBpetsitter responding can respond promptly, see what the service request entails and inform you the client simply by login into the Time To Pet app and send you a message.
That’s why we do what we do and love what we do! Our clients’ look forward to receiving real-time text message and photo from their visiting IBpetsitter and can see their happy pet while at work or on vacation.

I’m Susan, and I have been offering pet care services throughout Santa Cruz County as a sole proprietor of Susan’s House and Pet Sitting for several years now, and so very grateful to the wonderful pet owners who have trusted me care for their pets.
As a sole proprietor, I could easily see an increase of new pet care requests and I decided, it was time to expand my business, change the name, and continue to offer pet owners the best pet care for your best friend.
Welcome to IBpetsitting! I have created a team known as IBpetsitters’ who will be well trained and managed to assure that our clients’ pets receive the best pet care. Some who will join the team, will be seasoned pet-sitters and those who may have worked with animals or volunteered at the animal shelter. Whatever level of knowledge they come with, they will be thoroughly vetted, insured, and bonded and of course well trained.
IBpetsitting will continue to offer Pop-in pet care for small pets, cats visits, and dog-walking. As the owner, I will be the only one who can accept requests for Overnight House and Pet Sitting, so book early!
